Diversity in the Learning Team Learning Teams are in integral position of the learning process at the University of Phoenix. Gender         One of the benefits of our learning team is that the team consists of deuce-ace women and two men. Different genders bring about antithetical views and opinions. By doing so, we actually become better listeners and better at dealings with conflict resolution.         During our last course of acti on we were given a perception exercise.
